Ok..everytime i look at this blog its Almost new year..so every entry would be of new hopes n promises..well this time round hopefully we will make it more ALIVE!

new year. again.

for LOHTTC, we have been quite for almost 2 years. but things still went on as usual. just not online!

our Detoks Ramadhan 2009 went successfully! this time round we have very interesting results. if you are physically active before ramadhan... you are more inclined to lose kilos!!

the other thing bout lohttc is the studio.. the trainer is now ACE certified. .. not just any trainer!!

well.. we are trying to establish our website.. this time a good one, at least with all the info.

so happy new year. and may all this year's resolutions are achieved...

i have made some bride-to-be packages... prices would be sum up of the individual services, but of course with a few reduction in prices here and there, plus some extra therapies, f.o.c.

but alas its now november.. what are the new stuffs were gonna do?? well classes are starting again. next week kelas relaks would start, so does tahfiz and mengaji classes, kick boxing had begun.. last thursday.. celebrating its first year anny..

so think this month we would be promoting the bride-to-be-packages and our kick boxing finding new members plan..

what about it?? hmm new blog... for lohttc. news, news..new things.

for a month lohttc was 'resting' from its activities, no more jumping from kick boxing classes, nor relaxation technique, nor ustadz teaching kids n kakaks reciting the quran..

but, we have been busy too, with cooking!! our latest discovery.. detoxing while fasting can reduce a lot, i mean a lot of weight...

during ramadhan we made a new program, detox ramadhan its called. it was a month long program, which participants had to eat detox foods for a week, then healthy foods for the second week, and the third and fourth week they had to sauna and do yoga. mind you its all being done while they were fasting. we had to prepare meals for breaking fasts, after maghrib, after isyak and sahur.

results??? tremendous... they lost a total of 5-6 kilos in just 2 weeks. in fact some are still losing weight, coz they are still doing eating the rite way thingy. but some had put on a couple of kilos on coz of the festive season.. who wouldn't ?? with all the good food being served in front of you?? but the good news is they didn't gain the weight they lost, not the total loss weight.

wanna know more?? well, give me some time to type everything back, see whether i can give you all the recipees...:P
