new year. again.
for LOHTTC, we have been quite for almost 2 years. but things still went on as usual. just not online!
our Detoks Ramadhan 2009 went successfully! this time round we have very interesting results. if you are physically active before ramadhan... you are more inclined to lose kilos!!
the other thing bout lohttc is the studio.. the trainer is now ACE certified. .. not just any trainer!!
well.. we are trying to establish our website.. this time a good one, at least with all the info.
so happy new year. and may all this year's resolutions are achieved...
